Co-founder search for Cohort15: technical, growth, and accelerator-experienced collaborators

This is the first serious Cohort15 request, and it tests the system itself: can one clear intent attract a small number of serious, aligned people?

Cohort15 is an early-stage product for forming small, committed online groups around clear goals. This group is for people who may want to explore building Cohort15 from the ground up.

I am mainly looking for two kinds of co-founder candidates:

1. Technical co-founder candidate
   Someone who can handle a small production-level system largely on their own across backend, frontend, deployment, auth, database, and product quality.

2. Marketing / growth co-founder candidate
   Someone strong at early-stage startup marketing, positioning, manual outreach, community-led growth, founder-led sales, and getting the first serious users.

YC or accelerator experience is a plus, but not required. Execution, mission alignment, and fit matter more.

This is an unpaid exploratory co-founder search. Joining does not create employment, compensation, or ownership. Any future role or ownership would be discussed separately based on mutual fit, contribution, and long-term alignment.

Participants can expect three working sessions on Cohort15’s mission, product direction, early users, co-founder fit, and whether there is a real path to building together.

Before joining, self-qualify honestly:

• Do I care about Cohort15’s mission: helping people form small, committed groups that actually happen?
• Can I commit meaningful time if there is strong fit?
• Could I eventually make room for serious build time during important periods?
• Would I be open to going full-time if finances work out, or if we get into YC or a similar accelerator/funding path?
• Do I agree with the priority order: mission first, sustainability second, reasonable living for contributors third?

Working chemistry matters. If we do not communicate well, trust each other, enjoy hard problems, and vibe as a group, there is no point pretending we should build together.

This will be a 3-session working cohort.

Session 1: Product thesis, mission, current MVP, and problem clarity
We will discuss what Cohort15 is, what problem it is solving, why small committed groups are hard to form, and whether the current direction makes sense.

Session 2: Roles, execution, distribution, and first serious cohorts
We will discuss what each person could contribute, how to find the first serious users, how to route cohort requests to the right people, and what the first formed cohorts should look like.

Session 3: Founder fit, working chemistry, YC interest, and next steps
We will discuss whether there is real collaboration potential, whether the group works well together, whether YC or a similar accelerator path makes sense, and what would need to happen next.

Whether you believe the problem is real
What role you could realistically play
How you would help find, route, or form the first serious cohorts
Whether you are interested in applying to YC or a similar accelerator, and why or why not
What kind of people you build best with

This is not a casual networking group. It is a short working cohort for serious people who may want to explore building Cohort15 together.
